# WeatherMax+ vs Stormora

The clearest difference is ads: WeatherMax+ at none against Stormora's shown. Stormora's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and device support (6 vs 3). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WeatherMax+ sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Stormora sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WeatherMax+ ships an update every 3 weeks, Stormora every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
