# Axxess vs Payslip Generator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Axxess at 38% against Payslip Generator's 0%. Axxess also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (48 vs 7). Payslip Generator's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (4.4 vs 4.1). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Payslip Generator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Axxess asks for nothing beyond the download.

Payslip Generator holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Axxess has 48 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 38% of Axxess's written reviews are positive against 0% of Payslip Generator's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Axxess ships an update every 3 weeks, Payslip Generator every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
