# TxtReader Pro vs 看冊

The clearest difference is ads: TxtReader Pro at none against 看冊's shown. TxtReader Pro also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). 看冊's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TxtReader Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and 看冊 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TxtReader Pro ships an update every 2 months, 看冊 weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
