# Embry vs NAVAIR NAMP

The clearest difference is rating: Embry at 4.7 against NAVAIR NAMP's 4.0. Embry also leads on ratings volume (457 vs 29). NAVAIR NAMP's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Embry holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Embry has 457 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Embry's written reviews are positive against 100% of NAVAIR NAMP's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Embry ships an update every 6 weeks, NAVAIR NAMP every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
