# WN Premium vs WDR

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: WDR at none against WN Premium's 10. WDR also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). WN Premium's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WN Premium sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. WDR asks for nothing beyond the download.

WN Premium holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of WN Premium's written reviews are positive against 72% of WDR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WN Premium ships an update every 7 months, WDR every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
