# Workflowy vs Twos

The clearest difference is update cadence: Twos at every 2 days against Workflowy's weekly. Workflowy's advantage is ratings volume (8.2K vs 337). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Workflowy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Twos sells 27 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Workflowy against 4.7 for Twos. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Workflowy has 8.2K ratings behind it against 337, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 88% of Workflowy's written reviews are positive against 90% of Twos's.

Workflowy ships an update weekly, Twos every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
