# Workflowy vs Memossage

The clearest difference is rating: Workflowy at 4.8 against Memossage's 3.7. Workflowy also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (8.2K vs 3). Memossage's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Workflowy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Memossage asks for nothing beyond the download.

Workflowy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Workflowy has 8.2K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Workflowy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Memossage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Workflowy ships an update weekly, Memossage monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
