# Liquid Apptoy vs Master Level Maker

The clearest difference is rating: Liquid Apptoy at 4.5 against Master Level Maker's 3.6. Liquid Apptoy also leads on ratings volume (64 vs 7). Master Level Maker's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 8 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 84%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Liquid Apptoy holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Liquid Apptoy has 64 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of Liquid Apptoy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Master Level Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Liquid Apptoy ships an update every 8 months, Master Level Maker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
