# Make Cake vs More Smores!

The clearest difference is price: Make Cake at Free against More Smores!'s $1.99. Make Cake also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 24) and rating (4.7 vs 4.5). More Smores!'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and ads (none vs shown). On device support there is nothing between them.

Make Cake is free to download; More Smores! costs $1.99 up front. Make Cake sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. More Smores! asks for nothing beyond the download.

Make Cake holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Make Cake has 1.5K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of Make Cake's written reviews are positive against 100% of More Smores!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
