# F*** vs MovieArchive

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MovieArchive at 100% against F***'s 43%. MovieArchive also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). F***'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. F*** sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 3 months and MovieArchive sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

F*** ships an update every 5 months, MovieArchive every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
