# NBCUView vs Remembering

The clearest difference is ads: NBCUView at none against Remembering's shown. Remembering's advantage is ratings volume (108 vs 9) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

NBCUView holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Remembering has 108 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NBCUView ships an update every 5 weeks, Remembering every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
