# Loco Train vs Fruit Sort

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fruit Sort at every 2 months against Loco Train's every 24 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loco Train sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Fruit Sort sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loco Train ships an update every 24 months, Fruit Sort every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
