# CCV Mobile App vs Primp and Blow

The clearest difference is rating: Primp and Blow at 4.9 against CCV Mobile App's 4.6. Primp and Blow also leads on ratings volume (1.1K vs 153) and iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.0). CCV Mobile App's advantage is device support (4 vs 2). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Primp and Blow holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Primp and Blow has 1.1K ratings behind it against 153, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of CCV Mobile App's written reviews are positive against 75% of Primp and Blow's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
