# MySCE vs Pouch Self Storage

The clearest difference is rating: Pouch Self Storage at 4.6 against MySCE's 1.9. Pouch Self Storage also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). MySCE's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (1.4K vs 97). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pouch Self Storage holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MySCE has 1.4K ratings behind it against 97, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 12% of MySCE's written reviews are positive against 0% of Pouch Self Storage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MySCE ships an update monthly, Pouch Self Storage every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
