# Golf Genius vs FairwayDuel

Golf Genius and FairwayDuel both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of FairwayDuel's written reviews are positive against 26% of Golf Genius's. FairwayDuel also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Golf Genius's advantage is ratings volume (76K vs 5) and chart position (#81 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
