# DICK’S Sporting Goods vs Apex Vertical

The clearest difference is ads: Apex Vertical at none against DICK’S Sporting Goods's shown. Apex Vertical also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). DICK’S Sporting Goods's advantage is ratings volume (532K vs 1) and chart position (#34 vs unranked). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Apex Vertical holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DICK’S Sporting Goods has 532K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
