# 天气通Pro vs Panda Weather

The clearest difference is review sentiment: 天气通Pro at 91% against Panda Weather's 44%. 天气通Pro also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Panda Weather's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 天气通Pro sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year and Panda Weather sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Panda Weather holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 78 and 55 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of 天气通Pro's written reviews are positive against 44% of Panda Weather's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

天气通Pro ships an update every 6 weeks, Panda Weather every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
