# PURE MINUTES vs RingPad

The clearest difference is update cadence: PURE MINUTES at fortnightly against RingPad's monthly. RingPad's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PURE MINUTES sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and RingPad sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PURE MINUTES ships an update fortnightly, RingPad monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
