# Camera Cube vs Lens

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Lens at none against Camera Cube's 7. Lens also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Camera Cube's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Camera Cube sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Lens asks for nothing beyond the download.

Camera Cube ships an update every 5 weeks, Lens fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
