# Camera Cube vs Slidezilla

The clearest difference is rating: Slidezilla at 4.2 against Camera Cube's 3.2. Slidezilla also leads on ratings volume (251 vs 10). Camera Cube's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (78% vs 64%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Camera Cube sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and Slidezilla sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slidezilla holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Slidezilla has 251 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 78% of Camera Cube's written reviews are positive against 64% of Slidezilla's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Camera Cube ships an update every 5 weeks, Slidezilla every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
