# Affirmations Recorder vs Loop Booth

The clearest difference is rating: Loop Booth at 5.0 against Affirmations Recorder's 4.4. Loop Booth also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Affirmations Recorder's advantage is ratings volume (196 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.1 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Affirmations Recorder sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Loop Booth sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Loop Booth holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Affirmations Recorder has 196 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Affirmations Recorder ships an update every 6 weeks, Loop Booth every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
