# Kiko Freitas vs Drum Sets

The clearest difference is rating: Drum Sets at 4.2 against Kiko Freitas's 3.0. Drum Sets also leads on ratings volume (19 vs 3). Kiko Freitas's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (75% vs 50%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kiko Freitas sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Drum Sets sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Drum Sets holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drum Sets has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Kiko Freitas's written reviews are positive against 50% of Drum Sets's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kiko Freitas ships an update every 8 months, Drum Sets every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
