# Fluxx vs Ghost Blitz

The clearest difference is rating: Fluxx at 4.3 against Ghost Blitz's 3.6. Fluxx also leads on ratings volume (546 vs 22). Ghost Blitz's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fluxx sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Ghost Blitz asks for nothing beyond the download.

Fluxx holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fluxx has 546 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 57% of Fluxx's written reviews are positive against 69% of Ghost Blitz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fluxx ships an update every 6 months, Ghost Blitz every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
