# Tixplus E vs LIVE QR PLUS

The clearest difference is rating: LIVE QR PLUS at 5.0 against Tixplus E's 4.0. Tixplus E's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (20% vs 4%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LIVE QR PLUS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tixplus E has 26 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Tixplus E's written reviews are positive against 4% of LIVE QR PLUS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Tixplus E ships an update every 4 weeks, LIVE QR PLUS every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
