# Udemy Online Video Courses vs eLearning Courses

The clearest difference is review sentiment: eLearning Courses at 100% against Udemy Online Video Courses's 25%. eLearning Courses also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.2). Udemy Online Video Courses's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.1) and ads (none vs shown). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Udemy Online Video Courses sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. eLearning Courses asks for nothing beyond the download.

Udemy Online Video Courses holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Udemy Online Video Courses has 77K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Udemy Online Video Courses's written reviews are positive against 100% of eLearning Courses's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Udemy Online Video Courses ships an update every 9 days, eLearning Courses monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
