# Publix vs Ajar

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Publix at none against Ajar's 2. Publix also leads on ratings volume (545K vs 1) and chart position (#65 vs unranked). Ajar's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 70%) and update cadence (every 8 days vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ajar sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Publix asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Publix against 5.0 for Ajar.
