# EDF & MOI vs Inst'AMU

The clearest difference is review sentiment: EDF & MOI at 90% against Inst'AMU's 36%. EDF & MOI also leads on ratings volume (328 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). Inst'AMU's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Inst'AMU holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EDF & MOI has 328 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of EDF & MOI's written reviews are positive against 36% of Inst'AMU's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EDF & MOI ships an update every 3 weeks, Inst'AMU every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
