# ampm vs Funpass Plus

The clearest difference is ads: Funpass Plus at none against ampm's shown. Funpass Plus also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). ampm's advantage is ratings volume (68K vs 1) and chart position (#187 vs unranked). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Funpass Plus holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ampm has 68K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ampm ships an update every 2 months, Funpass Plus every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
