# GoodEar Pro vs Sessionography

GoodEar Pro and Sessionography both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Sessionography's written reviews are positive against 77% of GoodEar Pro's. Sessionography also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid). GoodEar Pro's advantage is ratings volume (165 vs 12) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GoodEar Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Sessionography sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for GoodEar Pro against 4.9 for Sessionography. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoodEar Pro has 165 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 77% of GoodEar Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Sessionography's.

GoodEar Pro ships an update every 4 weeks, Sessionography weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
