# Everbridge vs Genesis BH

The clearest difference is rating: Genesis BH at 5.0 against Everbridge's 2.0. Everbridge's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Genesis BH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Everbridge has 1.3K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Everbridge ships an update every 2 months, Genesis BH every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
