# MyThai vs BevMo!

MyThai and BevMo! both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of MyThai's written reviews are positive against 12% of BevMo!'s. MyThai also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 13.4). BevMo!'s advantage is ratings volume (9K vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BevMo! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BevMo! has 9K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of MyThai's written reviews are positive against 12% of BevMo!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyThai ships an update every 2 months, BevMo! monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
