# Hotwire vs Dayuse.com

The clearest difference is ads: Dayuse.com at none against Hotwire's shown. Dayuse.com also leads on review sentiment (49% vs 22%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). Hotwire's advantage is ratings volume (145K vs 29K). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Hotwire against 4.9 for Dayuse.com. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hotwire has 145K ratings behind it against 29K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 22% of Hotwire's written reviews are positive against 49% of Dayuse.com's.

Hotwire ships an update every 2 months, Dayuse.com fortnightly. Both last shipped on November 5, 2026.
