# EE vs Access Self Storage

The clearest difference is rating: EE at 4.5 against Access Self Storage's 3.5. EE also leads on ratings volume (2.1K vs 4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). Access Self Storage's advantage is review sentiment (47% vs 10%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EE holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EE has 2.1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 10% of EE's written reviews are positive against 47% of Access Self Storage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

EE ships an update fortnightly, Access Self Storage every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
