# Fatsoma vs PULSE

The clearest difference is update cadence: PULSE at every 4 days against Fatsoma's fortnightly. PULSE also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Fatsoma ships an update fortnightly, PULSE every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
