# iBal Rotary vs Summary

The clearest difference is price: Summary at Free against iBal Rotary's $17.99. Summary also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (56K vs 24). iBal Rotary's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 16) and review sentiment (83% vs 72%). On ads there is nothing between them.

Summary is free to download; iBal Rotary costs $17.99 up front. Summary sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. iBal Rotary asks for nothing beyond the download.

Summary holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Summary has 56K ratings behind it against 24, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of iBal Rotary's written reviews are positive against 72% of Summary's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iBal Rotary ships an update every 2 months, Summary weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
