# Butterfly Guide vs BWP

The clearest difference is price: Butterfly Guide at $6.99 against BWP's $35.99. Butterfly Guide also leads on review sentiment (91% vs 64%) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.5). BWP's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0). On ratings volume, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Butterfly Guide costs $6.99 and BWP $35.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BWP holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 2 respectively.
