# SHARP Display Connect vs EShare for iPhone

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SHARP Display Connect at 67% against EShare for iPhone's 19%. SHARP Display Connect also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 13.0). EShare for iPhone's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 2.3) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 8 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

EShare for iPhone holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EShare for iPhone has 209 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of SHARP Display Connect's written reviews are positive against 19% of EShare for iPhone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SHARP Display Connect ships an update every 8 months, EShare for iPhone every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
