# Sizzit vs RacePal

The clearest difference is update cadence: RacePal at every 8 days against Sizzit's every 24 months. Sizzit's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sizzit sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $23.49 per year and RacePal sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sizzit ships an update every 24 months, RacePal every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
