# Smartsheet vs TABS CS

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TABS CS at none against Smartsheet's 1. TABS CS also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Smartsheet's advantage is ratings volume (120K vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smartsheet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TABS CS asks for nothing beyond the download.

TABS CS holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smartsheet has 120K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Smartsheet ships an update weekly, TABS CS every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
