# Smartsheet vs TetraForms

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TetraForms at none against Smartsheet's 1. TetraForms also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 18.0). Smartsheet's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (120K vs 5). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smartsheet sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TetraForms asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Smartsheet against 4.8 for TetraForms. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smartsheet has 120K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Smartsheet ships an update weekly, TetraForms every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
