# MARWIS vs MDSS

The clearest difference is rating: MARWIS at 4.7 against MDSS's 2.6. MARWIS also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 16.4). MDSS's advantage is ratings volume (20 vs 3). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MARWIS holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MDSS has 20 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
