# Phone Phite vs Colorify

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Phone Phite at 100% against Colorify's 28%. Phone Phite also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and ads (none vs shown). Colorify's advantage is ratings volume (9.2K vs 2) and update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Phone Phite sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Colorify sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Phone Phite holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Colorify has 9.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Phone Phite's written reviews are positive against 28% of Colorify's.

Phone Phite ships an update fortnightly, Colorify every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
