# Telepromptr vs RECITPRO

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RECITPRO at 100% against Telepromptr's 54%. RECITPRO also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Telepromptr's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 3). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Telepromptr sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year and RECITPRO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RECITPRO holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Telepromptr has 1.3K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of Telepromptr's written reviews are positive against 100% of RECITPRO's.

Telepromptr ships an update monthly, RECITPRO every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
