# F vs FS Protection

F and FS Protection both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of FS Protection's written reviews are positive against 42% of F's. F's advantage is ratings volume (496 vs 20). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. F sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and FS Protection sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.4 for F against 4.5 for FS Protection. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: F has 496 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 42% of F's written reviews are positive against 80% of FS Protection's.

F ships an update every 4 weeks, FS Protection every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
