# Astrill VPN Client vs BIPO HRMS

The clearest difference is rating: Astrill VPN Client at 3.7 against BIPO HRMS's 3.0. Astrill VPN Client also leads on ratings volume (720 vs 2) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 12.0). BIPO HRMS's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astrill VPN Client sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. BIPO HRMS asks for nothing beyond the download.

Astrill VPN Client holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astrill VPN Client has 720 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 24% of Astrill VPN Client's written reviews are positive against 45% of BIPO HRMS's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
