# Mindfulness vs Relaxify HD

The clearest difference is update cadence: Mindfulness at every 3 weeks against Relaxify HD's every 10 months. Relaxify HD's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindfulness sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month and Relaxify HD sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Mindfulness ships an update every 3 weeks, Relaxify HD every 10 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
