# RF vs Hiring Team

The clearest difference is rating: Hiring Team at 2.4 against RF's 1.9. Hiring Team also leads on ratings volume (31 vs 10). RF's advantage is review sentiment (25% vs 13%) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 14.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hiring Team holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 31 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of RF's written reviews are positive against 13% of Hiring Team's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RF ships an update every 3 months, Hiring Team every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
