# Countdown+++ vs Midnight Solve

The clearest difference is price: Midnight Solve at Free against Countdown+++'s $0.99. Midnight Solve also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and device support (5 vs 3). Countdown+++'s advantage is ratings volume (5.8K vs 14) and chart position (#199 vs unranked). On ads, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Midnight Solve is free to download; Countdown+++ costs $0.99 up front. Countdown+++ sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Midnight Solve sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Midnight Solve holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Countdown+++ has 5.8K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two.
