# Catholic Saints Calendar vs Saintify

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Saintify at none against Catholic Saints Calendar's 9. Saintify also leads on review sentiment (72% vs 42%). Catholic Saints Calendar's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 81 months) and ratings volume (760 vs 33). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Catholic Saints Calendar sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 7 days. Saintify asks for nothing beyond the download.

Catholic Saints Calendar holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Catholic Saints Calendar has 760 ratings behind it against 33, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 42% of Catholic Saints Calendar's written reviews are positive against 72% of Saintify's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
