# tado° vs OOONO

The clearest difference is rating: tado° at 4.5 against OOONO's 2.0. tado° also leads on ratings volume (779 vs 1) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). OOONO's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and review sentiment (57% vs 43%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. tado° sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. OOONO asks for nothing beyond the download.

tado° holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: tado° has 779 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of tado°'s written reviews are positive against 57% of OOONO's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

tado° ships an update weekly, OOONO every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
